With over 3 decades of racing experience, Elaine Larsen has no thoughts of slowing down.
She is a wife, a mom, an entrepreneur, a children's book author, comic book creator, and she can drive race cars at speeds of over 280 mph in only 5.5 seconds.
In 2024 Elaine takes on a new challenge, taking over the day-to-day operations of Larsen Motorsports. Her first decision was to bring on co-driver Josette Roach as her vice president of racing operations.
Elaine meets all challenges head-on and rarely backs down.
In 2023, Elaine was inducted into the Florida Sports Hall of Fame for her achievements on and off the track. Being a strong positive role model is something Elaine takes seriously, fear is not an option, and failure is not an option.
What is an option? Giving 110% and then digging and giving a little more.
Please park in one of the parking lots off of Country Club Road on campus, the closest one being the lot across from the John E. Miller Building. Walk across the street following the road between the Miller Building and the Keuper Building until you reach the Denius Student Center. Enter through the front doors and take the stairs to the 2nd floor. The Hartley Room is on the left. The elevator is located outside of the Denius Student Center and that will also take you to the 2nd floor.
