Madison Hatzel
Bio
Madison serves as the Assistant Director of Alumni Engagement, where she leads efforts to foster meaningful connections between alumni and the university. She manages a wide range of engagement initiatives — crafting compelling alumni stories, coordinating communications, and promoting events that strengthen alumni pride and Panther spirit. Madison also assists in planning and hosting fun alumni-centric receptions and engagements that celebrate the Panther community.
A proud Florida Tech Panther, Madison is currently earning her master’s degree in Organizational Leadership, further deepening her commitment to impactful leadership and community building.
When she’s not connecting with alumni or planning the next big event, Madison enjoys line dancing, exploring new destinations, and spending time with her family.
