The Ballroom Collective, founded by Adele Jang, Ashley Melville, and Mary Ida Spradlin, is dedicated to creating meaningful experiences through dance, entertainment, and community. Through dynamic workshops, immersive events, performances, and education, we bring together dancers and audiences of all styles and experience levels while celebrating the artistry, athleticism, and storytelling of ballroom dance. At the heart of everything we create is a commitment to giving back. Each Ballroom Collective event incorporates fundraising for local organizations and causes, allowing our events to create an impact beyond the ballroom. Our mission is to build connection, inspire creativity, create opportunities for dancers and performers, and use unforgettable experiences to strengthen the communities around us.
