Overview
The Parent Leadership Council (PLC) is a dedicated group of Florida Tech families who play an essential role in shaping the university experience for all students. PLC members help strengthen the university community and advance its mission through leadership, service, and generosity.
PLC Member Roles and Expectations:
- Advisory: Provide valuable insight and feedback on institutional priorities and initiatives, helping to guide the university’s future.
- Advocacy: Serve as ambassadors for Florida Tech, championing the university’s mission and vision within personal and professional networks.
- Engagement: Attend bi-annual council meetings and actively participate in at least one subcommittee to support ongoing initiatives.
- Volunteerism: Contribute your time and talents by participating in university events, sharing expertise, and supporting key programs.
- Giving: Become a monthly donor at a level that is meaningful to you. Every gift — no matter the size — makes a lasting impact on Florida Tech students and programs.
