- Organizing resume reviews and mock interviews to better prepare students for the job market.

The Student Experience & Success Subcommittee is dedicated to enriching Florida Tech students' academic and extracurricular lives while fostering a strong sense of community among families. - Promoting support to the Student Emergency Fund & Student Clubs.
- Offering ways to leave a lasting legacy, such as brick dedications, Gleason Performing Arts Center seat sponsorships, and graduation flowers.
