For institutional data requests, please complete the form below. Institutional Research & Strategic Analytics complies with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) when responding to requests. Proof of Institutional Review Board (IRB) approval is required when requesting data for research and/or survey purposes.

Florida Tech faculty, staff, and students are encouraged to send data requests using the OIRE Internal Request Form.

External requestors are asked to send data requests using the OIRE External Request Form.

Institutional Research & Strategic Analytics receives a substantial number of requests. We do our best to respond within 5 business days; however, we prioritize our requests based on federal reporting deadlines, accreditation needs, and Florida Tech’s strategic plan.

Please submit your requests early and provide the desired completion date.
