Why should you pursue certification in applied behavior analysis?

The answer is marketability. Applied behavior analysis practitioners know that certification is the key to job growth and security. There is a growing need for well-trained board-certified professionals in behavior analysis to work or consult in schools, early intervention programs, day programs, residential settings and home-based programs. The career options are nearly limitless. For more information about certification, please visit http://www.bacb.com/.

Our Course Sequences

At this time, the ABA Online program offers two course sequences, one for those seeking certification at the bachelor’s level (courses BEHP5011 through BEHP5015) and a second for those seeking certification at the master’s level (courses BEHP5011 through BEHP5018). Both course sequences are preapproved by the BACB® as meeting coursework eligibility requirements for certification under the BACB’s Fourth Edition Task List core curriculum standards.

Seeking certification as a board certified assistant behavior analyst® (BCaBA®)?

Our four-term, preapproved course sequence meets the instructional requirements set by the BACB. Taking 3 credits per term, this sequence takes approximately 12 months to complete.

Note: BEHP5014 and BEHP5015 are taken sequentially in a single term for a total of 3 credits within that term.
