Florida Tech Discrimination/Bias-Motivated Acts Reporting
Individuals who want to file a report and individuals accused of sexual misconduct have options for reporting, resources, and care and support services. You can choose one or multiple options at any time.
Reporting to Florida Tech
Florida Institute of Technology has designated a EO Director and Investigator to coordinate compliance with and respond to inquiries concerning bias-motivated acts of discrimnation, harassment, and/or retailiation. Faculty, staff, and students are strongly encouraged to promptly report any allegations of discrimination, harassment, or retaliation. Delays in reporting can impede a thorough investigation and may expose the complainant to ongoing discrimination, harassment, or retaliation.
