Dr. T. Dwayne McCay joined Florida Tech as Provost and Chief Academic Officer, where he is second in command and has responsibility for representing the University in all matters pertaining to academic affairs, research and intellectual property management, student affairs, federal and state relations, and athletics. Also have oversight for all aspects of budget ($100M) planning and control and act as the President in his absence.
