Office of the Registrar
The Office of the Registrar assists academic units in ensuring compliance with university policies and procedures pertaining to the observance of academic calendars, examinations, grading practices, and recording academic performance, which includes academic honors, academic probation and academic dismissal. The registrar’s office certifies transfer credit from outside the university, verifies completion of degree requirements and coordinates the graduation ceremony.
Thesis/Dissertation submission deadline for Fall 2013 graduation
Last day to submit approved copies (five) of thesis or dissertation to the Office of Graduate Programs for Fall 2013 graduation: Monday, December 9, 2013.

The Office of the Registrar supports the mission of the institution through its role of recordkeeping and data management by producing the university catalog and class schedules, conducting registration, maintaining academic records, and informing students of their academic rights and responsibilities.
