Advisory: Florida Tech Classes Canceled, Offices Closed Tuesday, Nov. 3

All Florida Tech classes and university activities are canceled and all offices will remain closed Tuesday, Nov. 3, as campus cleans up buildings impacted from severe weather. Note that power has not yet been restored to all parts of campus. Additionally, water pressure appears low; as a precautionary measure, it is advisable to boil water before ingesting.

Only identified essential employees contacted by their supervisors should report to campus Tuesday. All residential students should limit their activities.

All normal operations, including classes, are anticipated to resume Wednesday, Nov. 4. Watch official university communications channels for updates.

Data Requests

For institutional data requests, please complete the form below. Institutional Research & Strategic Analytics (IRSA) complies with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) when responding to requests. Proof of Institutional Review Board (IRB) approval is required when requesting data for research and/or survey purposes.

Florida Tech faculty, staff, and students are encouraged to send data requests using the IRSA Internal Data Request Form.

External requestors are asked to send data requests using the IRSA External Request Form.

Institutional Research & Strategic Analytics (IRSA) receives a substantial number of requests. We do our best to respond within 10 business days; however, we prioritize our requests based on federal reporting deadlines, accreditation needs, and Florida Tech’s strategic plan.

Please submit your requests early and provide the desired completion date.
