Florida Tech is proud to maintain a presence at Patrick Space Force Base. Classes are scheduled to be offered for Fall 2025 pending approval from our accrediting body, the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges. Upon approval, we will be begin admitting and registering students for the four master’s degree programs. We welcome your interest and look forward to sharing more in the near future.

Questions and Answers

Florida Tech’s education center at Patrick SFB is open to a wide range of learners. Active-duty Guardians and other military personnel are, of course, welcome—but so are civilians, whether they work on base or live in the surrounding community. If you're a civilian, you'll simply need to complete a straightforward process to obtain a base pass. Whether you're serving in uniform or supporting the mission from the Space Coast, if you're ready to take the next step in your education, you’re welcome here.

You'll find the Florida Tech office conveniently located in the Education Center on base at 1020 School Ave., the complex on the left at the end of the street. After you park, you will see signs directing you to the Florida Tech office, where you are always welcome to stop by to ask questions, get help applying, or just to say hello. Whether you're stopping by to learn more or ready to enroll, we're here to support your next mission.

Tuition for Florida Tech graduate programs offered at Patrick SFB is $620 per credit hour. Most programs range from 33 to 36 credit hours, so the total cost typically falls between $20,460 and $22,320.

However, if you’re active-duty military, you may qualify for our Wisdom Warrior Program, which aligns your tuition rate with the standard Military Tuition Assistance (TA) benefit—currently $250 per credit hour. That means you can earn a Florida Tech graduate degree with little to no out-of-pocket cost, depending on your eligibility and available TA funding.

Yes! Florida Tech proudly supports our servicemembers through the Wisdom Warrior program, which significantly reduces tuition for active-duty military students.
