Florida Institute of Technology presents The Dynamic Supervisor, an immersive behavior-analytic supervision training experience developed in collaboration with ABA Technologies, Inc.

Effective supervision requires more than understanding requirements. Today’s supervisors must build professional relationships, deliver meaningful feedback, manage competing responsibilities, and support supervisee growth in complex real-world environments.

This course was designed around a central question:
How do we prepare supervisors for practice, not just compliance?

By bringing together leading professionals in behavior analysis and organizational behavior management, this course provides a modern learning experience grounded in the science of behavior and practical application.

A Contemporary Approach to Supervision Training

The Dynamic Supervisor moves beyond traditional lecture-based training. Through an immersive, self-paced format, learners develop supervision competencies using:
