Bio
I am advised by Dr. Lingam in my pursuit of a Ph.D. in Space Science. My research is focused on studying the interplay between biotic and abiotic influences in long-term planetary habitability. We are using a series of computer models to study this interplay in simplified worlds. Findings therein will contribute to the discussion of how prevalent we think life might be in the universe and where we might consider looking for it.
I was born and raised in Albuquerque, New Mexico. I earned a B.S. in Physics from the U.S. Air Force Academy in 2006. I have served as a rescue helicopter pilot for the military ever since. After 12 years of Active Duty, I transitioned to the Reserves and commenced graduate study at Florida Tech.
