Della Neve earned her Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis from Florida Institute of Technology in 2017 and became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) later that year. She has extensive experience across residential treatment facilities, public schools, in-home consultation, and group homes, working with children and adults diagnosed with autism, developmental disabilities, and mental health disorders with severe and challenging behaviors. As a Clinical Supervisor, she developed individualized behavior plans, conducted intake assessments, and provided staff training in residential and group home settings. She currently serves as Senior Clinical Support Supervisor at Behavioral Framework in Rockville, where she provides intake assessments and technician training throughout the DC, Maryland, and Virginia region, as well as supporting clients in North Carolina, Tennessee, and Arizona. She is passionate about sharing practical applications of behavior analysis with future behavior analysts.
