Emily Dowling
Bio
Emily is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst who earned her master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from the Florida Institute of Technology. With a deep curiosity and desire to learn, she is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Behavior Analysis at the University of Florida, where she also discovered a passion for mentoring others in the field.
Emily has worked with diverse populations across a variety of settings, including providing behavioral services to children with autism in both clinical and school environments, and serving as a BCBA in a group home for adults diagnosed with Prader–Willi syndrome. Drawing from this wide-ranging experience, she is dedicated to preparing future behavior analysts with the tools needed to excel in any environment they choose to apply their skills.
Her current doctoral research focuses on health-related behavior change, and she is especially passionate about sharing the many ways behavior analysis can be used to promote meaningful, socially significant change.
