Holly Downs (She/Her/Hers)

Instructor, M.A., BCBA, LBA, CPCO

Bio

Holly was first introduced into the field of ABA in 2009 while working in an ABA lab at the University of Florida. Since then, she has gained over 15 years of experience in ABA, and specializes in parent coaching, instructing, and delivering direct therapy for individuals with comorbidities. She has worked in a supervisor capacity for all levels of providers, including leadership. She has worked in varying clinical and administrative roles, and has instructed at both undergraduate and graduate levels in ethics, OBM, and supervision.

She is currently a BCBA, LBA, and CPCO, and works with PBS, Corp. as the Compliance Director for the Clinical Excellence Department. She supports the CE Dept as a Co-Director by overseeing the Ethics Committee, overseeing audits, analyzing questionable billing, creating policies and procedures, reviewing incident reports, and supporting stakeholder grievances. She also is a standing volunteer author for "Parenting Special Needs Magazine". Her passions include mentorship, working with families to produce a better quality of life, and a long hike in the woods.
