Elena Couldrey

ABA Online Adjunct Faculty, EdD, BCBA

Dr. Elena Couldrey is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and adjunct professor specializing in applied behavior analysis, educational leadership, and inclusive practices for students with disabilities. She earned her Doctorate of Education from Drexel University, where her research focused on exclusionary discipline practices affecting students with learning disabilities. Dr. Couldrey has extensive experience in clinical supervision, multidisciplinary program management, staff training, and higher education instruction. Her teaching emphasizes the practical application of evidence-based behavioral principles across educational and clinical settings.
