Dr. Kahiya Fairclough has worked in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis since 2016 and became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in 2019. Throughout her career, she has worked across a variety of settings including clinics, schools, homes, and community environments, supporting individuals from infancy through young adulthood.

She earned her master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Florida State University, where she studied under Dr. Jon Bailey, and later earned her doctorate in Instructional Systems and Learning Technologies from Florida State University as well. Dr. Fairclough is especially passionate about supervision, mentorship, and helping students bridge the gap between behavior-analytic concepts and real-world application.

Her professional interests include verbal behavior, early intervention, and training future behavior analysts. In her free time, you can usually find Dr. Fairclough covered in paint working on a creative project, spending time with her two fur babies, or she can frequently be found at Disney World.
