Personal Overview

Dr. Tejas Channagiri (Dr. C) is Assistant Professor of Strategy & Entrepreneurship at the Bisk College of Business, Florida Institute of Technology. He earned a PhD in strategic management at the Gatton College of Business at the University of Kentucky and pursued a postdoctoral fellowship in strategic management and entrepreneurship at the Warrington College of Business at the University of Florida. His postdoctoral fellowship was partly funded by Apple, Meta, AT&T, and the Charles Koch foundation. He also pursued a one-year full-time fellowship in the Org Sci & Analytics practice at McKinsey & Company. Prior to his PhD, Dr. C earned a bachelor’s degree in physics and mathematics, a master’s degree in computer science, and an MBA. He also worked in the technology consulting sector for several years.

Dr. C’s research, teaching, service, and industry engagement is focused on strategy in the context of high-growth entrepreneurship, technology, and innovation.
