Personal Overview
Dr. Vicky Knerly was born & raised in Syracuse, NY, lived in Florida for 18 years (Tampa and Miami and then Tampa again), St. Simons Island, GA for 12 years, Melbourne, FL for 5 years, and now lives in the Huntsville, AL, area. Dr. Knerly is an Assistant Professor with the Nathan M. Bisk College of Business and Director of the Huntsville/Redstone Education Center. She has, over her 25 years with Florida Tech, managed a number of functions within the university. She also teaches business and communications courses, mostly online, and she is the curriculum manager for the contracting programs at Florida Tech.
In addition to her academic publications, Dr. Knerly co-writes novels with an author in St. Augustine, Florida. To date, they have published nine novels and a short story through Suspense Publishing.
Dr. Knerly earned a bachelor's degree in English, two masters' degrees: an MBA and a Master of Science in Acquisition & Contract Management, and a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA).
