When you visit Florida Tech, you get to enjoy our beautiful subtropical environment, taste our great dining hall food, explore our academic facilities, and most importantly, meet our current students and professors. Come see for yourself what Florida Tech has to offer!
Health and Safety Expectations
As a guest of Florida Tech, please be prepared for the following before arriving to campus:
- Temperature screenings prior to entry. All tour guests will be temperature screened. Anyone displaying a temperature of 100.4 F or above will be re-screened. Those with temperatures 100.4F or above will not be allowed to visit campus.
- Face coverings required for Guests ages 2 and up. All visitors are expected to wear a face mask/covering while on campus. This includes all times inside any building on campus and outside when social distancing cannot be maintained.
- Social Distancing. Guests should observe social distancing and remain six feet apart whenever possible while visiting campus.
- An increased focus on disinfecting and sanitation. Guests are highly encouraged to use hand sanitizing stations and wash hands frequently while visiting campus.
We offer a few different ways for you and your family to experience our warm and welcoming campus. Choose the one that works best for you and we will make it a positive experience you won't soon forget!
These personalized visits include a student-led campus tour are offered on most weekdays throughout the year. Tours are offered Monday through Friday at 10 a.m., 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. (10 a.m. only during summer months).
These full-day Saturday programs are offered twice a year in the fall and spring. They include admission and financial aid presentations, campus tours, department meetings, lunch with current students and an academic program fair.
These Friday programs are offered on select Fridays in the winter, spring and summer. They include admission and financial aid presentations, a campus tour and academic department meetings.
In a precautionary response to recent public health concerns around COVID-19, Florida Tech has suspended all Group Tours and Panther “Scavenger Hunts” at this time. We hope you can join us at a later date. Keep checking back to this page for updated opportunities!
