Students may order their textbooks and course materials through Bisk if they wish. Student representatives can also supply you with the required textbook information and ISBN number should you want to order it yourself. Please ensure that you have your books prior to the start of class. For each course in which you enroll, you will receive (immediately prior to the start of the course) the corresponding textbook(s), student guides and case studies for your course, as well as supplemental CD-ROMs if they are required for a particular course. Your Florida Tech student services representative is available at all times to effectively guide you through the enrollment process and to answer any questions you may have.
You may return books and materials within 30 days from the date of a valid withdrawal from a course for which the materials were originally purchased. All returns must be received within 30 days from the date of withdrawal and sent postage pre-paid. We advise that the return shipment be insured, as we cannot be responsible for books and materials that do not arrive at our facility. To receive a refund, books and materials must be returned in their original condition. Books and materials that have been written in or otherwise defaced cannot be returned and will not be accepted. Once the seal has been broken on any of the following multimedia products, these items will not be accepted for return: CD-ROMs, DVDs, computer software and online access keys/passwords. Should you have any questions, please contact the customer service department by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
