Christel Boe
Bio
Christel Boe joined our team as the Recruiting Operations Officer in February 2025. She entered the US Army in 1996 as a junior in high school and later served with the 101st Airborne Division, 10th Mountain Division, and 1st Armored Division. Throughout her career, she deployed on several occasions, including her final tour during Operation Iraqi Freedom. She worked on special teams for Military Police Investigations, CID and was part of a personal security detail for many US dignitaries. After serving almost eight years in the military and receiving an honorable discharge, she worked as a private investigator. In 2010, Ms. Boe rejoined the government as a Federal Investigator. Her career path has taken her from investigations to human resources to her current position as a Recruitment Operations Officer, which has been the goal of her career for a number of years.
She holds a bachelor's degree in general studies with a concentration in arts and humanities from Indiana University. She is an Indiana native, living in Orlando while her son Lucas attends a private high school as a scholar athlete. Ms. Boe has two older sons, Logan and Landon, who are both currently serving on active duty in the Army in aviation. She has taken the position at Florida Tech out of genuine love for the Army and a passion to mentor young adults in their decision to serve.
