Finish Your Degree Faster—Launch Your Career Sooner

Earn your bachelor's degree in just three years, or complete your bachelor's and master's in an accelerated four-year or five-year track.

In an accelerated business program, you'll collaborate with your advisor to create a personalized program plan that meets all degree requirements on an accelerated timeline. Accelerating your degree can mean significant savings.

  • Maximize credits.
Florida Tech’s flat-rate full-time undergraduate tuition allows students to take up to 18 or 19 credits per semester at no additional cost. Accelerated programs make the most of this opportunity, enabling you to maximize your credits each semester and fast-track your path to graduation.
  • Maintain momentum.
Online courses, taken during summer in accelerated programs, offer savings over the regular campus tuition rate.
  • Start your career sooner.
Completing your degree in less time reduces housing and meal costs while allowing you to transition into your career faster.

Your cost savings will depend on your unique situation. For detailed information about tuition rates and expenses, visit our tuition and fees page.

Your Accelerated Business Path

Overhead view of students working in the College of Business lobbyTo enroll in an accelerated business program you must meet standard freshman admission requirements or transfer admission requirements, be admitted to the university and enroll in a full-time, on-campus degree program.

We recommend students have a combined (evidence based reading and writing and math) SAT of 1200 or composite ACT of 25 or higher. However, all admitted Florida Tech business students are encouraged to discuss acceleration with an advisor.

Accelerated bachelor's-to-master's degree programs allows you to bypass the time commitment, anxiety and costs of graduate admission—no GMAT or GRE required! For a seamless transition from the accelerated bachelor's degree to an accelerated master's degree program, students must:

  • Be a declared business major with 78 credit hours completed toward your bachelor's degree.
  • Demonstrate the ability to complete bachelor's coursework with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
