Columbia Village Apartments

Columbia Village is a freshmen-only community offering four-bedroom, two-bath apartment-style living at the edge of the Botanical Gardens. Each building houses 48 students with 4 students per apartment. 

All residents have access to the Student Commons Building which includes a multipurpose room, study area, vending machines, mailboxes and residence assistance offices. A 2-story parking garage is conveniently located within walking distance from Columbia Village.

The community and residence hall buildings were named in honor of the fallen astronauts of the Space Shuttle Columbia.

Features

  • Eat-in kitchenette with full-size refrigerator, microwave and lockable cabinet space for each resident. 
  • Two bathrooms, one with shower-only, one with tub/shower. Shower curtain liners are provided.
  • Four private bedrooms featuring extra-long twin bed, desk, chair, dresser and closet
  • High-speed internet and cable connections
  • Furnished living room with couch, chair, end table and TV stand
  • Commons building with laundry, vending, study room, mailboxes and multipurpose room
  • Parking garage within walking distance
