Reservations

The Transportation Department manages a shared fleet of golf carts, low-speed vehicles (LSVs), and centralized van fleet for faculty and staff use. These can all be reserved for official university business via the button below. 

Please Note: LSV carts and vans are licensed vehicles, requiring a valid driver’s license and Florida Tech MVR approval prior to reservation.

Key Pickup & Return

• Keys must be picked up and returned to the Mailroom (located in Facilities Building 540MIL) during business hours, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
• An after-hours drop box available for returns, located on the exterior to left of the front door.

Training Requirements

Before making a reservation, users must complete the required training. All users who will be operating a vehicle, including golf carts, or heavy equipment must ensure a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) is processed to meet driving requirements on campus. Golf Cart Safety Training

Please take "FIT- Intro to Golf/Utility Cart" for golf cart training in Workday assigned by your manager or ask Risk and Compliance for further assistance.

Vehicle/Van & Golf Cart Safety Training

Please take "FIT- Van Safety" for passenger van training in Workday assigned by your manager or ask Risk and Compliance for further assistance.
