Kian Jamal
Bio
Meet Kian! He is a graduate student pursuing a master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering in the College of Engineering & Science. Kian holds a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from the Florida Institute of Technology.
Originally from McKinney, Texas, Kian chose Florida Tech because he wanted to become an aerospace engineer and appreciated its proximity to the Space Coast and the beach. As he puts it: “Great location, even better people.”
As a returning President’s Ambassador, Kian is excited to build upon the foundation set in the first year of the program and continue serving as a role model for his peers. He hopes to further establish his legacy at Florida Tech while representing the university with pride.
After graduation, he plans to enter the aerospace engineering industry, focusing on orbital simulation and controls.
His favorite thing about Florida Tech: “The people!”
