Meet Your 2026-2027 Ambassadors

Meet Cassidy! She is a junior studying Aviation Management with Flight and Air Traffic Control in the College of Aeronautics.

Originally from Sanford, Florida, Cassidy chose Florida Tech because it is a great place for pilot training, only 10 minutes away from the beach, and 1.5 hours away from her home. This was the perfect spot for everything she’d need to succeed and stay connected to her family.

As a President’s Ambassador, Cassidy wants to expand her professional network and represent the university in an honorable and kind manner. She hopes to learn more about the university’s foundation and speak up for it. She hopes to encourage students to apply for scholarships and connect them with those opportunities.

After graduation, Cassidy hopes to be hired by Florida Tech Aviation as a Certified Flight Instructor and work with students until she transitions to a regional airline company. She hopes to become a good teacher, mentor, and friend to those around her. She hopes to eventually be hired by either Delta or Southwest Airlines.

Her favorite thing about Florida Tech: “My favorite thing about the Florida Tech experience is the student community and the ability to network with faculty for references and experiences. I also love Market Day!”

Her involvement at Florida Tech: Collegiate Aviation Business Executives (Vice President), Women in Aviation, Airline Pilot Association ACE, Motorsports Club, College of Aeronautics Federal Work Study

In her free time: “In my limited free time, I like to hang out with friends, go to the beach, go on road trips, scuba dive, and shoot.”
