Health Insurance

Patients are financially responsible for all charges incurred at each visit, whether covered by health insurance or not. Though not required to access our services, we strongly encourage all students to bring a copy of their health insurance card to all visits.

Your insurance company may determine that some or all of the charges incurred at Holzer Health Center are not covered by your policy. We recommend reviewing all of your insurance benefits and exclusions prior to your first visit. Contact your individual insurance company to learn how your policy will work at our facility.

Florida Tech Student Health Insurance
