Forward Together, Boundless Potential is Florida Tech's new strategic plan. This plan provides the framework for decision-making to develop initiatives to promote Florida Tech as a leading national research university. This dynamic, living document will be reviewed and refined each year, with ongoing evaluation of our progress.
Forward Together, Boundless Potential sets forth the next journey in our continued progress by building on the Florida Tech’s distinctive identity and focusing on four key pillars of success: People of Excellence, Programs Driven by Innovation, Transformative Partnerships, and Optimized Learning & Social Environments. To aid in achieving our vision, each pillar of success identifies ambitious goals to guide Florida Tech and its constituents to move Forward Together with Boundless Potential. The goals presented promote a sense of excellence, innovation, and transformation throughout Florida Tech.
Forward Together, Boundless Potential emerged through a collaborative and transparent process that engaged internal and external stakeholders, reaffirmed historical and current strengths, and anticipated future opportunities and challenges. Forward Together, Boundless Potential embodies Florida Tech’s mission, vision, and core values; and defines bold strategic priorities.
