Oxford Study Abroad Program
General Information
- Spaces are limited so apply early.
- 5 spaces will be held until October 10 for Honors College/Panther Distinguished Scholar students. Typically the program is full by early- mid October.
- Applications are not considered complete until the $500 deposit is paid at Student Accounting in L3 Harris Commons.
- Applications are accepted on a rolling basis.
- A mandatory meeting for all participants is held in January or February.
- Summer Course Registration: Bring signed forms including course name and number (no CRN#) to the orientation meeting in January/February.
- All participants should apply for a passport no later than February 1, 2025.
- Students in need of UK visas must apply between April 7 and April 24 for their UK visa. See Visa section.
- All fees are paid at Florida Tech Student Accounting.
- Oxford info packet forms and PASSPORT photo pages due no later than March 1.

- Download the Application and submit as instructed on page 1 of the application.
- Please contact hwautlet@fit.edu before paying the non-refundable $500 application fee
- it is a deposit and not an additional fee.
Pre-requisites:
- You must be in good academic and disciplinary standing to be considered for the program.
- Check course options and pre-requisites before applying.
- Review the website including all costs and details prior to applying.
- Freshman without a GPA will submit fall grades in December 2024.
