RBT Rewards for Employers

The RBT® Rewards Program is designed for organizations that enroll employees in Registered Behavior Technician® (RBT) training, whether training multiple employees at once or adding individual staff over time.

Employers can earn free training seats, access volume-based pricing and simplify employee training management.

To get started, email abaessentials@fit.edu and request the Corporate RBT Rewards Program sign-up survey.

RBT Rewards Employer Pricing and Benefits

Organizations Purchasing Fewer Than 10 Seats

  • $90 per seat
  • One free seat earned for every five paid enrollments purchased by the same organization

Organizations Purchasing 10 or More Seats

  • $90 per seat for the first 10 enrollments
  • $80 per seat after the first 10 enrollments
  • One free seat earned for every five paid enrollments purchased by the same organization
  • Option to create a dedicated course section exclusively for your organization
  • Optional administrator or supervisor access to monitor employee progress and grades in real time

Flexible Seat Replacement

If an employee leaves before completing the training, the organization may transfer that enrollment seat to another employee within 180 days of the original enrollment start date. This applies to both purchased seats and earned free seats.

Dedicated Organization Course Sections

Organizations purchasing 10 or more seats at one time may request a separate course section for their employees. This option can make onboarding and progress tracking easier for supervisors and training coordinators.

With a dedicated course section, approved administrators or supervisors may receive direct access to:

  • Employee progress tracking
  • Assignment completion status
  • Course grades and performance information

Advance notice is required. Signed FERPA authorization forms must be completed for each participating student before access can be provided.

For details or to request a dedicated course section, contact abaessentials@fit.edu.
