Bio

Consultant

David serves as the President of the Chinese-American Scholars and Professionals Association of Florida (CASPAF). He retired in 2013 from Northrop Grumman Corporation after 28 years of service as an Engineering Fellow. Since then, he has provided consulting services to industry through Gray Wolf Technical Services.
