Welcome to the Panther Wellness Calendar and Events Page! As directed by Florida Tech's Wellness Committee, our goals are to:

• Engage employees in activities that positively affect their sense of well-being.
• Educate employees on health and wellness topics.
• Provide tools to empower employees and their families to obtain the best outcomes for their health care needs.

To join Strive, log in to your My Health Toolkit account and select Wellness, then Strive to enroll.

 Walking Club - Every Monday

Join Florida Tech's Walking Club every Monday at the Melbourne Square Mall.  For more information and Strive eligibility, please visit ENGAGE.  Waiver required.

Melbourne Square Mall at the entrance by the Food Court, every Monday, at 5:30 PM

 Garden Meditation - Every Wednesday

Every Wednesday through May 8, 2024, Evans Library will be hosting a meditation in the botanical garden gazebo.  Please bring a yoga mat, towel or meditation pillow.  All employees who attend will be entered to win a raffle prize.  On-site Strive Reward of $10 available to faculty, staff, and spouses on Florida Tech's medical plan who complete 8 sessions.  Please see ENGAGE for more details.

President's Walking Club

Join President Nicklow and Dr. Stacy's President's Walking Club with a weekly walk for 30 minutes on Florida Tech's beautiful campus starting at noon.  

• On-Site Strive Reward of of $10 available - please see details through ENGAGE.

Celebrate aviation at the largest outdoor office party in Brevard County! Join Florida Tech's Team and have a great time with co-workers, family and friends. A live band, food available and complimentary beer will be provided!
