Welcome to the Panther Wellness Calendar and Events Page! As directed by Florida Tech's Wellness Committee, our goals are to:

Engage employees in activities that positively affect their sense of well-being.Educate employees on health and wellness topics.Provide tools to empower employees and their families to obtain the best outcomes for their health care needs. Strive Registration Instructions:

To join Strive, log in to your My Health Toolkit account and select Wellness, then Strive to enroll. Register for Strive through the website before downloading the App.  Once you are registered, you may access Strive through the App – Virgin Pulse.  Remember to complete the Personal Health Assessment to unlock all your rewards.

 Walking Club - Every Monday at 5:15 PM

Join Florida Tech's Walking Club every Monday on campus  For more information and Strive eligibility, please visit ENGAGE.  Waiver required. On-site Strive Reward of $10 available to faculty, staff, and spouses on Florida Tech's medical plan who complete 80% of the available sessions over the Fall Semester.

Meet outside the Denius Student Center, every Monday, at 5:15 PM

Garden Meditation - Every Wednesday at Noon

Every Wednesday, Evans Library hosts a meditation.  Please bring a yoga mat, towel or meditation pillow.  All employees who attend will be entered to win a raffle prize.  On-site Strive Reward of $10 available to faculty, staff, and spouses on Florida Tech's medical plan who complete 80% of available sessions over the Fall Semester.  Please see ENGAGE for more details.

President’s Walking Club - Every Friday at Noon

Join us for a weekly walk for 30 minutes on Florida Tech's beautiful campus. Strive On-Site $10 Reward available for eligible employees on Florida Tech’s Medical Plan who 1. Register through Engage. 2. Sign the Waiver.  3. Complete 50% of available sessions from October 4 through December 14, 2024. The Waiver form will be sent to those who register through Engage.

 Dec 6 to Dec 20 - Strive Challenge - Walking in a Winter Wonderland

Registration Opens Nov 26^th - Another step challenge Registration opens for the next Strive Challenge – Walking in a Winter Wonderland!  Challenge Dates – Dec 6^th to Dec 20^th.  Register your team through Engage. The winning team will win a team lunch at PDH.  Strive $10.00 Pulse Cash available to those who notify HR and participate.  HR won’t be able to submit for Strive if they do not know your Team Name. Remember to log in to the Strive App to sync your steps
