The hours of operation are 9 a.m.–6 p.m. EST Monday through Friday. A direct link to the National Student Clearinghouse for free enrollment verification is available from the PAWS Student Records Menu. You may also send verification forms directly to:
National Student Clearinghouse
2300 Dulles Station Boulevard, Suite 300

You may visit them at http://www.studentclearinghouse.org. Currently enrolled students may obtain a free verification of enrollment online through the Student Academics tab in Access Florida Tech by selecting the PAWS link.
The university does not provide graduation completion letters. Verification of degree completion is reflected on the student’s official transcript.
A degree audit for each candidate petition is officiated by the Office of the Registrar. This process determines completion of degree requirements for each candidate. Completion (verification) information is available only on an official transcript once the audit is final. Official transcripts contain degree awarded information and are available to eligible students approximately eleven (11) business days after final grades for the term have posted.
Candidates receive specific date information about the availability of certification/verification information on their official transcript through their Florida Tech email account regularly during the term for which they have petitioned to graduate. Dates are subject to change.
