Description: The course focuses on the fundamental skills necessary to conduct sex- and gender based violence, harassment, and discrimination investigations. Practitioners will learn how to adapt the investigation process to other civil rights grievance processes including Title VI, Title VII, the ADA, and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act.

Audience: Title IX Coordinator and Deputy Coordinators
Description: This workshop highlights systems for responding to the needs of pregnant students and employees by providing reasonable modifications consistent with the law and best practices. Participants will gain an understanding of when a medical necessity arising from pregnancy or a related condition should be addressed as a temporary medical condition by collaborating with disability/accessibility support services staff.
