Workplace Personality Project

The Workplace Personality Project (WPP) is dedicated to advancing education and science of understanding organizational behavior with an emphasis on the role of personality.

The primary goal of the Workplace Personality Project is to aid in the scientific education of students examining organizational behavior. This will be accomplished by providing students with opportunities to work first hand with local organizations and through support for research projects and conference attendance. Scientific information obtained through support from the Workplace Personality Project will be published in a form available to the interested public. A secondary goal is to aid the Melbourne community and wider Florida area by encouraging the development of local government and industry through the application of scientific principles of organizational behavior. Such practices include, but are not limited to: job analysis, recruitment, employee assessment, performance appraisal, performance management, and organizational training.
