Centers and Institutes

The I/O psychology program at Florida Tech is based on the scientist-practitioner model. Our Centers and Institutes provide students with opportunities to engage in both science/research and practice/application.

The Center for Organizational Effectiveness is our campus-based consulting group that works on consulting engagements with local and regional clients in the areas of employee surveys, multi-rater feedback, job descriptions, employee training and leadership development, among others. Students work on project teams and serve as project managers under the direction of faculty mentors.

The Institute for Culture, Collaboration and Management (ICCM) is an applied research and consulting institute with a focus on culture, cross-cultural management, and teamwork and team systems.
