Students need to monitor the status of their student account on a regular basis.  This will ensure that they remain informed about their financial aid status and avoid late fees.  The best way to monitor your account is through our online portal.  Once logged in, navigate to Financial Aid, then click Eligibility.

In addition to monitoring accounts through the online portal, students should continue to check email inboxes for:

• Emails from the Financial Aid Office about outstanding requirements.
• Emails from KHEAA Verify about verification document requirements.
• Billing statements (verify aid is authorized or has paid).
