Payroll

The Office of Human Resources is responsible for bi-weekly payroll processing, annual W-2 reporting, and all payroll tax filings.

Forms And Other Resources

2025 1095-C

The Form 1095-C is no longer required to be filed with your tax return. If needed, employees may email hr@fit.edu to request the form. You will be required to pick it up in-person and present a picture ID.
