In general, you may work on campus as long as you are maintaining your F-1 status, and you do not work more than 20 hours per week while school is in session. The “20-hour-per-week” limit on your employment applies to all types of on-campus employment, including college roll and assistantship positions. You may be employed full time during holidays and vacation periods, provided you intend to register for the next school term.
